Great to meet you!

In my late 20s, I faced an existential crisis. The pain and shame of knowing I was meant for more—more happiness, meaning, and purpose—without knowing how to get there was overwhelming. At times, terrifying. With the help of others, I discovered my path to an authentic, self-led life. My mission as a therapist is to return that gift.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Many of my clients are men, but I love working with people of all genders and identities. My approach as a therapist is person-centered, which places you as the expert of your life experience. First and foremost, I am here to support you in finding your way to greater self-awareness, empowerment, and clarity. With these enhanced, life can truly blossom.

What you can expect from our first session

For those seeking a deep exploration of Self, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I’ve been a KAP therapist since 2021 and have seen it catalyze transformations for many people where other treatments have failed. I've been exploring the healing potential of psychedelic medicines for over 25 years. I also serve as the KAP Training Course Director for the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute. I’m happy to consult with you to see if KAP may be a fit for your healing journey.
