Great to meet you!

I help clients turn challenges into transformations. I am an expert in healing past trauma, which often shows up as anxiety or depression, a personality disorder, or a dysfunctional relationship. My approach is compassionate and person-centered, focused on helping you grow into the next best version of yourself. The interventions I use are evidence-based, so you can be confident you are receiving the most effective treatment. I work primarily with adults, couples, and teenagers. I work with children on a limited basis if the caregivers are willing to participate in treatment. I am very LGBTQIA+ supportive and sex-positive.

My approach to therapy

I am a seasoned practitioner of EMDR and an advanced practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gold-standard treatment for trauma and PTSD. I also utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and family therapy approaches depending on your specific needs. With couples, I utilize Gottman therapy philosophy and techniques.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who are ready to make a change and willing to put in the work. If that sounds like you, I'm here to help. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, most of the day, Monday through Thursday. If you're ready to take the next step, please call or email me, and we will discuss your unique needs.
