Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling stuck in relationship patterns, struggling with self-doubt, or finding it hard to manage your emotions, you don’t have to face it alone. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who want to better understand their emotional cycles and create lasting change in how they relate to themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll explore the relationship cycle — identifying the emotions, motivations, and behaviors that shape your interactions. I’ll highlight your strengths and gently challenge the struggles that keep you from moving forward. My approach is collaborative, positive, and deeply human.

As a graduate of Brigham Young University and St. Mary’s University, I value the role that faith and belief systems play in mental and emotional health. I honor the diverse ways clients find meaning, and I embrace conversations at the intersection of faith and mental well-being.

What you can expect from me

When you step into my office, I want you to feel welcomed and at ease. The space is calm and cozy, filled with pillows and blankets so you can settle in — on the couch or the floor, wherever you’re most comfortable. Humor and authenticity are always part of the process. I want to learn about the people who matter most to you, the beliefs that shape your world, and the challenges that brought you here.

I’m passionate about this work because helping people navigate growth and change is genuinely awesome. It’s a privilege to witness your journey toward healing, connection, and self-understanding.
