Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I earned my degree from Pace University with honors, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, each with their own unique story. I work with patients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative — I believe the best results come when we work together as a team, blending therapeutic techniques with thoughtful medication management when needed. Outside of my practice, I’m a big believer in balance. I make time for the things that keep me grounded — spending time with loved ones, staying curious through learning, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life

My approach to therapy

My goal is to make every patient feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe mental health care works best when it’s a partnership, so I take the time to truly connect and understand your unique story. Using empathy as my starting point, I work with you to identify challenges, build on your strengths, and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. Together, we’ll use a blend of therapeutic approaches and, when appropriate, medication management to help you not only manage symptoms, but also grow, heal, and thrive.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, my focus is on getting to know you — your experiences, concerns, and hopes for the future. We’ll take time to talk about what brought you here and work together to set clear goals and expectations to guide our work. This helps create a foundation of trust and understanding, which I believe is essential for healing. In our follow-up visits, we’ll check in on your progress and adjust our approach as needed. This may include monitoring how you’re feeling, fine-tuning therapeutic techniques, and, when appropriate, making changes to medication management. My goal is to ensure that every step we take is intentional, collaborative, and aligned with the progress you want to see.
