Great to meet you!

What should your client know about you?

With 28 years of personal recovery experience and 18 years of clinical experience, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to the counseling process. I specialize in addiction, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My background includes clinical leadership in medication-assisted treatment, residential, outpatient, and specialty treatment programs. I am committed to providing compassionate, practical, and high-quality care that helps clients create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I draw from evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, ERP, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand patterns, build effective coping skills, process difficult experiences, and move toward their goals. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, providing insight while also creating lasting change.

What you can expect from me

What can clients expect from their first session with you?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. We'll discuss what brings you to counseling, the challenges you're facing, your strengths, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood while beginning to develop a clear plan for moving forward.
