Counseling is not just a job for me, it's a calling. After an extraordinary career in Human Resources, both domestically and internationally, I've found my true passion in counseling. I'm committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need. I've been a counselor for many years and enjoy a very interactive relationship with my clients.

In my practice, I consider insights and breakthroughs to resonate and become sustainable when clients achieve them on their own. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal oriented. Since I am a visual learner, and many of my clients are as well, I routinely utilize a whiteboard to list problems and develop solutions. Through CBT, Mindfulness, Talk Therapy, Grief Counseling, and Trauma-focused therapy, I enable clients to formulate solutions based on what is already known

I work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and seniors. Over the years, I've helped many individuals and groups with self-discovery, adjusting to life transitions, gender and LGBTQ issues, and difficult mental health struggles. My experience and expertise allow me to understand and address the unique needs of each client, regardless of their age or the issues they're facing.
