Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience treating a variety of mental health concerns in adolescents and adults, primarily ADHD, depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, and sleep disorders. I am open-minded and solution-oriented. My goal is that patients leave their appointments feeling like their concerns have been heard and addressed, and that they have a clear understanding of their treatment plan.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a personalized approach to wellness. I understand that each individual is unique, and therefore, their treatment should be too. While my role is to provide my knowledge and expertise, I also value the experiences and feelings of my patients. I believe that their insights are crucial in creating an effective treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

I encourage my patients to voice their opinions every step of the way. Their feedback is invaluable in ensuring that the treatment plan aligns with their comfort, needs, and lifestyle. Together, we can work towards achieving any goal.
