My focus has been on helping people cope with trauma, physical, sexual or emotional. I graduated from Texas Tech in 2015 with my master's in Community Mental Health Counseling. I have focused on victims of crime and law enforcement officers.

I use a trauma-focused approach, as well as solution-focused, existential therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Clients will leave sessions feeling heard and validated, but also challenged. Sometimes growth is painful, but they will know that they are not in the midst of that process alone.
