Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!I’m an LCSW providing virtual therapy throughout Georgia. My goal is to offer a convenient and safe space where you can prioritize your mental and emotional well-being. With extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, I am dedicated to helping you cultivate balance, emotional clarity, and meaningful change. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by past experiences or future worries, I’m here to support you.

My path into this field was shaped by a deep belief that mental and emotional wellness are intertwined and essential to our overall health. I am committed to advocating for a holistic, integrative approach that honors each person’s lived experience. I've dedicated my career to helping individuals build self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable coping strategies.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an individualized, client-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy. My work is grounded in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs. I believe that hurt, pain, and anger do not define who we are—they simply highlight areas of our life asking for change.Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape your experience, and we’ll work toward creating a “new normal” that reflects balance, peace, and purpose. I also encourage gentle practice of skills between sessions, helping you see that meaningful change is truly possible.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will last an hour. You’ll have the opportunity to share openly and relieve the pressure of carrying things on your own. I’ll ask specific questions to learn about your history, strengths, and current needs. The focus of this initial meeting is building rapport, understanding your goals, and determining how I can best support you. Many clients leave the first session feeling heard, validated, and relieved to have a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk.

Through counseling with me, you can expect to gain increased insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, along with practical tools to navigate your life with confidence. Over time, you’ll experience positive shifts in mood, perspective, and coping, ultimately moving closer to the change and stability you’re seeking.
