I attended OSU for my bachelors and masters in social work. I have enjoyed experiences within foster care, mental health and behavioral health, with neurodivergent populations, and helping families within the community. I have practiced in the field since 2021!
My approach is to be flexible for the client’s need. We can utilize solution focused interventions, CBT, DBT, family therapy, or a mix!
Our first session will entail getting to know each other, discussion your needs, strengths, and history. We will also discuss your goals, the plan to work on those goals, and any additional guidance needed.
