Great to meet you!

I have dedicated my life as a therapist to helping individuals live the life they desire based on the values important to them. I work with clients with all types of issues, but specialize in helping individuals who have experienced trauma & the issues associated with it, such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, anger, and addictions of all types. I am collaborative, non-judgmental & focused on helping clients experience greater freedom & fulfillment in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is highly collaborative, relational, supportive and attuned to the client's values so together we can better reach the client's goals in therapy. I never rush therapy, but I am also aware that individuals want to make progress so they can get on with the life they desire.

What you can expect from me

I collaborate closely with the client so we create very concrete goals to make desired changes, such as overcoming deeply painful emotions, self-sabotaging behaviors, lack of meaning or purpose, low motivation, to better build resilience and better relationships.
