Great to meet you!

I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight that accumulates over time, including the added strain of managing a chronic health condition like diabetes. If that emotional weight stems from your work, I can help with useful coping strategies as well how to manage your emotions more effectively so as not to interfere at work. My practice is open to people from all backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, and I have spent more than three decades building the kind of space where adults feel genuinely heard from the very first conversation. Clients often describe me as open, attentive, and empathic.

My approach to therapy

Our work starts with listening and asking the kinds of questions that help you see your situation more clearly. Together we explore what is keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for managing stress and anxiety, and build real resilience so you can handle what life brings. The people who gain from our work are ready to self-reflect, take ownership and expect to leave each session with something useful.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation. No agenda, no pressure. I will ask thoughtful questions, you share what feels right, and together we get a sense of whether working together is a good fit. If you are ready to take that first step, I would love to hear from you.
