Great to meet you!

I’m an affirming, relational psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting clients’ mental health and overall well-being. My style is warm, attentive, and collaborative, with a healthy dose of humor—because therapy should feel human, not clinical. I have expertise in working with finance professionals, healthcare workers, and first responders, as well as individuals within the LGBTQ+ communities. I believe healing happens in relationships, and I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood. Together, we work toward insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, strengths-based, and grounded in positive psychology. I believe healing happens in connection, and that meaningful change begins by recognizing what’s already working alongside what feels stuck. Together, we build on resilience, insight, and creativity—using the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for growth, self-compassion, and a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, down-to-earth conversation focused on getting to know you—not just what’s bringing you to therapy, but who you are. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping for, what’s felt hard, and what’s helped in the past, at a pace that feels comfortable. I believe therapy is something you should look forward to each week, so our work is collaborative, creative, and grounded in curiosity—exploring life from perspectives that open space for healing, insight, and change.
