Great to meet you!

I obtained a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Health Education from Kean University before going on and earning a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Stockton University, all with summa cum laude honors. My education has allowed me to work in various settings, ranging from non-profits and federally/state-funded programs to private practices. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ populations, adolescents/young adults, college students, and middle-aged adults, in addition to have undertaken working with law enforcement and first responders. My main therapeutic interventions are rooted in Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach can be described as flexible, evidence-based, and person-centered, with a strong emphasis on meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to their specific needs. I blend several therapeutic modalities together to address a broad range of populations and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders, among others.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard and that I am deeply invested into their goals and overall well-being. I aim to deliver compassionate and honest treatment that will help clients identify their strengths and gain a better understanding of how they can overcome their issues.
