Great to meet you!

If you've been struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, or behaviors that keep getting in the way of the life you want, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with 18 years of experience helping people rebuild their lives through criminal reentry. Today, I work with children, teens, adults, and couples who are looking for real change. Over the years, I've learned that no one is defined by their past, and I believe every person is capable of growth when they're given the right support.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you have someone who will listen without judgment, be honest with you, and help you see what's keeping you stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work through life's challenges together. We'll take things one step at a time and focus on making changes that feel realistic and lasting.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping will be different. There's no pressure to have everything figured out. My job is to listen, get to know you, and help you start moving toward the life you want. No matter where you're starting from, change is possible, and I'd be honored to be part of that journey.
