Great to meet you!

I believe that the best therapy comes from genuine human connection. I'm a father of two, a lifelong surfer, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who understands that life is full of challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. Being a dad has taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of showing up consistently for the people we love. Surfing has taught me resilience, mindfulness, and how to adapt when life doesn't go according to plan. I bring those same values into the therapy room, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, or striving to perform at your best, my goal is to help you build the confidence, insight, and skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and is informed by a range of evidence-based and insight-oriented modalities, including—but not limited to—existential psychology, depth psychology, positive psychology, and sport psychology. I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the individual, blending self-exploration with practical strategies that foster resilience, healing, personal growth, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know one another, building a strong therapeutic relationship, and exploring the concerns that brought you to therapy. Together, we'll develop an understanding of your challenges, identify patterns that may be contributing to them, and discuss how therapy can help. We'll also clarify your goals so we can create a personalized treatment plan that supports meaningful and lasting change.
