Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a PMHNP (Pysch NP) who has been working with children and adults during acute hospitalizations as well as on an outpatient basis in the community.

I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, and both a Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing from the University of Rochester.

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia/psychosis, ADHD, and personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the best care is provided by collaboration, with patient and provider working together to find the medication management strategy that best helps you meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting will consist of an initial psychiatric evaluation (around 60 minutes), during which we will review your history and current symptoms. By the end of this session, you will have a working diagnosis and a medication management plan.

Follow up meetings are shorter (around 30 minutes), and are focused on reviewing progress as well as ongoing difficulty, in order to fine tune the medication strategy if needed.
