Great to meet you!

I believe that healing, growth, and transformation happen when we feel safe enough to tell ourselves the truth. My role is not to tell you who to become, fix what is wrong with you, or offer a prescribed version of a successful life. Instead, I strive to create and maintain a spacious, compassionate, and authentic container in which you can discover who you already are.

I work especially well with thoughtful, sensitive, creative, and spiritually curious people. Many of my clients have already done therapy, read the books, developed insight, and achieved success, yet still feel that something essential remains undiscovered. They are often asking questions like: Who am I beneath these roles and identities? What is trying to emerge through me? How do I become more fully myself?

I see therapy not as a process of becoming someone else, but as a process of coming home to yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, experiential, contemplative, and deeply collaborative. I draw from psychotherapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, existential psychology, depth psychology, and wisdom traditions. I pay close attention to what lies beneath the surface: the beliefs, emotions, protective strategies, relational patterns, and unlived parts of ourselves that quietly shape our lives.

One of my gifts is helping make the implicit explicit. Together, we cultivate a larger perspective and learn to meet even difficult emotions with greater curiosity, openness, compassion, and honesty. I hold a spacious field for what truth is wanting to emerge through you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is not an evaluation or a performance. It is an opportunity for us to begin discovering whether we can create a meaningful and authentic therapeutic relationship together. I want to understand what brings you here, what feels painful or unresolved, what feels alive, and what you long for.

Many clients tell me they feel relieved to discover that they do not need to present a polished version of themselves. You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling seen, understood, and a little closer to yourself than when you arrived.
