Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm an intuitive therapist who holds safe space for you to gain insight, understanding, and healing into yourself and life experiences. I support you in exploring & living an authentic, empowered, creative and meaningful life. Being seen, understood & accepted as we actually are in this present moment is essential. I am a compassionate witness and mirror in your transformative journey of healing and (re)discovery. I work especially well with creatives, artists, and other sensitives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer an alternative, holistic, and spiritual approach to therapy. I listen deeply and compassionately, seeking ever-increasing understanding and clarity to who you really are and what you are sharing. I join you on the path that you're already on. I also offer mindfulness guidance and psychedelic integration support. I bring together various influences, such as Transpersonal psychology, Buddhist psychology, Existential psychology, Depth psychology and Positive psychology.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you are trying to rebuild a sense of identity and meaning, understand yourself and life in a deeper and kinder way, or seeking support and guidance where you have been stuck, I meet you where you are. I like to work with people who are ready to encounter themselves with curiosity and depth, ready for inner work, freshness, and conscious living.
