Great to meet you!

If you have been looking for a therapist who feels more like a real conversation than a formal evaluation, you found the right person. I grew up in Western New York and have spent years working across crisis services, community mental health, and outpatient counseling, so I have seen a lot and very little surprises me. My space has no judgement. Whether you are carrying something heavy or just feeling stuck, we will find a way forward together. I would love to connect.

My approach to therapy

I'm a laid back therapist. My clients are more likely to laugh than cry, but we explore the depth and breadth of the human experience.

There is no judgement in my "office". WE will find a way forward together. You are the driver, I'll help navigate👍.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will get acquainted, explore your history, and look for some concrete skills or interventions that you can take with you.

I always remind my clients that lasting change (to thoughts, habits, dynamics) takes time to develop. Your problems weren't created in 1 day and they won't go away on 1 day... but they will be overcome!
