Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Steven Cospewicz and have been a therapist since 2011 when I graduated from USC. I believe that active listening and a warm, inquisitive, and non judgmental approach allows you to feel safe and heard.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach, with many of the interventions coming from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Motivational Interviewing. I use a lot of Socratic Questioning to identify the root of the issues. I focus diagnostically on mild to moderate anxiety and depression, and well as those who identify as LGBTQ+.

What you can expect from me

Overarching goals, as well as short term, and long term goals with be identified early on and relied on to guide our process together and well as provide you with tangible tools you can use moving forward.
