Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with individuals couples! I have years of clinical and non clinical experience working with people in their most difficult moments and seasons. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University as well as being a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP II). I work with couples and individuals.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, as no one person or presentation is the sames. I use cognitive behavioral treatments as well as experiential and somatic approaches. It is important to me to treat the whole person.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit will included an introduction and discussion of what you can expect from therapy. This is important, especially if you have never sought counseling before. We will discuss your history in a conversational way, as I do not read from a checklist. We will explore together your goals for therapy and I will clearly define our approach.
