Dr. Steven Di Francesco is a Clinical Psychologist with a range of professional experiences in various outpatient settings including primary care within academic medical centers. His main treatment modality is cognitive behavioral therapy. He earned his Master’s and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Health Psychology at Cleveland Clinic. My approach to therapy

Dr. DiFrancesco has a broad range of interests and experience in clinical and health psychology including but not limited to depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief, adjustment issues, eating disorders, sleep disorders, ADHD, bariatric psychology, CBT for obesity management, etc. Dr. DiFrancesco utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy along with integrative approaches to identify, evaluate/assess, process, and promote positive change and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Dr. DiFrancesco fosters a collaborative approach to therapy in order to process presenting problems and facilitate positive change through a range of interventions. First, through a careful initial evaluation the main problems are identified and an initial treatment plan is set forth with treatment goals. The approach is tailored to the individual's needs and identified objectives.
