Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and challenged in ways that promote lasting growth.

I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and work with adults, couples, and families. While relationships are a primary area of focus, I also work with individuals facing attachment wounds, overwhelming stress, emotional disconnection, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than simply helping you manage symptoms, I want to help you understand what is driving them so meaningful change becomes possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach is attachment-informed, emotionally focused, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems principles. I tailor therapy to each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Together, we'll work to understand, organize, tolerate, and meaningfully engage your emotional world without abandoning yourself or the people who matter most to you. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you gain clarity, strengthen emotional resilience, and build healthier patterns in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin understanding your story, not to solve everything in one meeting. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different. I'll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, and goals.

Many clients tell me they leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful because they have a clearer picture of what's happening and a direction for where we're headed together.
