Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples and specialize in supporting clients facing addiction, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to help people grow through practical tools, self-awareness, and renewed hope.

I bring years of experience using evidence-based therapies to support meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating a major life shift, struggling with motivation, or working through long-standing challenges, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in openness, honesty, and personal warmth. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Stages of Change, Narrative Therapy, and Relapse Prevention to help clients better understand their behavior, build new habits, and improve their quality of life.

Because everyone’s story is unique, I tailor sessions to each person’s needs—offering guidance that’s both structured and supportive.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a positive, collaborative space where your personal strengths are affirmed and your goals are heard. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a strong foundation for our work together. Over time, you’ll leave with practical tools, greater insight, and a stronger sense of direction.
