Great to meet you!

Are you facing overwhelming challenges in your life? Do you find it difficult to manage stress, regulate your emotions, or maintain healthy relationships? Have you experienced setbacks in your journey towards personal growth and well-being? I am a licensed psychologist with over 10 years working with adults from all backgrounds to help recover from trauma, addictions, and other mental health difficulties.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I prioritize evidence-based treatments to provide you with the most effective support. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and other proven modalities that have shown success in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns .However, I firmly believe that therapy should be tailored to your unique needs. It's important to honor your individual experiences, values, and goals throughout your therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from our first session

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that clients are the experts of their own experiences. I actively listen and collaborate with clients, fostering a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship. By providing a supportive space for self-reflection and exploration, I empower clients to find their own solutions, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.
