Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I've spent my career working alongside people

who've often felt unseen, underserved, or unsupported by the systems meant to help

them. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults in marginalized communities

navigating identity, mental health, relationships, and trauma. My approach is

grounded in genuine curiosity about who you are, not just what brings you in. You'll

find a space built on empathy and empowerment, where you can show up exactly as

you are. I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws on several evidence-based methods, including ACT, CBT,

Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic therapy, chosen based on what fits you

and what supports your specific goals. I use a strengths-based, client-centered model:

sessions are tailored to what you need rather than a preset formula. We'll explore

patterns, build practical skills, and work through what's holding you back at a pace

that feels right to you. In practice, sessions feel more like a focused, collaborative

conversation than a clinical interview. You'll always leave with something concrete to

carry with you.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe to be fully themselves. My approach centers empathy and empowerment, meeting each person where they are without judgment. I draw on a client-centered, strengths-based approach, tailoring each session to what you need rather than a one-size-fits-all model. I have a particular passion for working with marginalized communities, including adolescents and adults navigating systems that haven’t always served them well. In our first session together, you can expect a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other, talk through what’s brought you to therapy, and start shaping goals for our work together.
