Great to meet you!

My name is Steven Hahne, I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology, and have extended education in trauma and anger management. I believe it is very essential for the client and the therapist to build a good rapport and sense of trust. I'm here to offer you a safe place without fear of judgment. I have experience working with couples and individuals. I believe in the power of talk therapy, to resolve problems, or to be able to live with problems we have no control over but have to respect.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is eclectic, I use many dynamics in psychology to personalize the treatment so that it is geared for success. I like to look for strengths in the client, and use them to help achieve our goals. I have been described as supportive, caring, thorough, and understanding.

What you can expect from our first session

I love to teach skills, tactics, and methods to help resolve problems or better communications, skills that one can use and teach others for a lifetime. Therapy should be a place where you leave with more tools that lead to a better life, and have a better sense of self.
