Great to meet you!

Welcome, and thank you for reaching out.

Starting counseling is an important step, and I’m glad you’re here. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

I bring over 25 years of experience working with individuals and families. I am currently a university professor and have been in higher education for the past 16 years. Prior to that, I spent 10 years investigating child maltreatment, which gave me extensive experience supporting individuals and families through difficult and often overwhelming life circumstances.

My approach to therapy

I truly enjoy helping people find solutions to the challenges they face. Whether you are dealing with a specific concern or trying to better understand yourself and your experiences, we will work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful strategies for growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Every person’s story is unique, and I am committed to meeting you where you are with respect and understanding.
