Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 20 years. I have a range of clinical and administrative experience and provide consultation for various workforce, healthcare and educational systems.

My approach to therapy

I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, anger management, anxiety and depression & coping with life changes. I work with individuals, families, groups and communities to create an open and restorative space that allows for healing where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

I provide space for you to tell your narrative while we work toward building realistic and measurable treatment goals (short and long-term).
