I'm a doctor of osteopathic medicine specializing in general adult psychiatry, with a particular focus on ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My practice is fully telehealth, so you can access quality psychiatric care from wherever you are in Texas. Before we begin working together, I offer a brief phone consultation to make sure we're a good fit. I also think care works best when it's connected. If working with a therapist would support your goals, I make that referral process straightforward. My aim is direct, thoughtful psychiatry that fits into your actual life.
