Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychotherapist, I believe in the power of prioritizing mental health and the impact it has on someone's life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step. I’ve been practicing for 14 years and work with individuals dealing with anxiety, life transitions, identity challenges, and burnout, blending evidenced-based tools with real human connection because therapy should feel both effective and genuine.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real connection. I draw from evidence-based models like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy, but I tailor the work to you. We’ll look at patterns, stress responses, and relationship dynamics while also building concrete tools you can use in everyday life. I aim to create a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged toward meaningful change.

I’ve worked extensively with military service members, first responders, trauma survivors, and high-functioning professionals navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, identity questions, and relationship transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, my goal is to help you feel clearer, steadier, and more confident moving forward.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can slow down, unpack, and begin again. Wherever you are in your journey, I hold hope for you. Sometimes the smallest changes can make the greatest impact. Whether you're looking for clarity, relief, or just someone to talk to who gets it, I'm here to meet you where you are.
