Great to meet you!

I’m really glad you’re here. As a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, I believe caring for your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but it’s also a powerful first step toward healing and change.

With over 10 years of experience, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and eating disorders. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood—without judgment.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who also holds Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy certification (TF-CBT) as well Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification (AADC).

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and practical, meeting you where you are while helping you build the tools and insight needed to move forward with confidence and stability. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in Your First Session

Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, but the first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll take time to talk through what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You’ll also have space to ask questions, get a feel for my style, and decide if this feels like a good fit.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of next steps and how we’ll work together moving forward.
