Hello! I'm a clinical psychologist with 20+ years’ experience supporting and helping my clients with anxiety, stress, relationships, building confidence/self-esteem, sleep/insomnia, and coaching for career and life success. I've worked with women and men of all ages and life situations, from tackling challenging problems to achieving goals.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an active skills-based method, to provide you with practical tools and strategies to manage the challenges you're facing. I also help you draw from your own strengths and wisdom to build confidence and self-empowerment.
