Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a client-centered clinician who uses a humanistic-existentialist approach to therapy. I focus on your needs as an individual, and work with you to live as authentically as possible. My process utilizes open-ended questions as a means to explore and address the challenges you face as an individual. I have extensive experience with bipolar disorder, and maintain a high level of empathy while working through the struggles that come with it. I have experience working with people who have endured trauma and depression, while being sensitive to the vast array of cultural perspectives. I recognize that there are many people in this world who identify as LGBTQIA+ or have alternative lifestyles that are often misunderstood, leaving one to feel alone and excluded for not adhering to societal "norms." I strongly empathize with you. Let me help you embrace your true self, and build resilience to the judgment and prejudice that come with expressing your identity. I am not here to "fix" anyone, but instead work with you on your path to wellness. I am here to accept you for who you are, and help you process and address the many challenges life has to offer. I want to help you, be you.

My approach to therapy
