Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help support can feel intimidating and often means facing uncertainty, vulnerability, or experiences that have been difficult to manage on our own. I believe meaningful change is possible and begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, compassion and accountability. Through 30 years of combined experience across the behavioral, social work, and mental health fields, I remain passionate about helping individuals and couples while utilizing an eclectic approach grounded in attachment, internal and general family systems approaches. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships challenges, trauma, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance in life, I am committed to helping you move toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your goals.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we will uncover new insights and develop greater self-awareness around those parts of ourselves that have both kept us safe as well as patterns that keep you or couples feeling stuck. Therapy is a collaborative process through which healing and change is made possible through connection, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, it is my goal to create a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. In meeting you wherever you are in your journey, I want you to feel empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement.
