Great to meet you!

I received my Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed my American Psychological Association accredited Counseling Psychology internship at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center.

If you are dealing with issues of trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, emotional and relationship distress, or other life transitions, I can help.

My approach to therapy

I can help you explore your actions, thoughts and feelings to discover how your past informs your day-to-day life and to overcome obstacles that hinder personal or professional growth. Together using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other individualized interventions along with the therapeutic relationship, we can move toward change and healing.

What you can expect from me

Together we will work toward an understanding of your concerns and develop an action plan that guides you toward growth and wholeness.
