Great to meet you!

I am a well-equipped therapist with a background in psychology and social work, specializing in crisis intervention and trauma recovery for clients from ages 13 through elderly. As both a professional and a mom, I understand the importance of providing compassionate, grounded support through life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can heal and build resilience, no matter what they’re facing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in honesty and compassion, allowing me to connect authentically with clients from various stages of life. By incorporating conflict resolution skills and focusing on holistic wellness—such as food and health—I empower clients to build resilience and navigate life’s complexities. Being both a member and leader in my community, I bring a relatable and grounded perspective to my work, enabling me to effectively guide individuals through personal growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients in therapy with me can expect to gain practical tools and strategies to manage their emotions, build resilience, and improve their relationships. Together, we work on cultivating self-awareness and challenging unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. My goal is for clients to leave each session feeling empowered to make positive changes in their lives, with a deeper understanding of themselves and the confidence to navigate challenges.
