Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and ongoing life stress. I currently serve as a Director of Mental and Behavioral Health, where I oversee clinical services and support individuals with a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs. I’m known for being both approachable and direct, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling supported in making meaningful progress. My goal is to help you feel understood, respected, and able to work through challenges in a way that leads to real change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is focused on helping you make sense of what you’re going through and how you got there. I use practical tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you manage what’s happening in the moment, while also working backward to understand the experiences that shaped it. I’m not just here to listen. I’ll help you connect the dots, challenge what isn’t working, and build a way forward that actually feels different.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you without pressure. We will talk through what is bringing you in, what you have been experiencing, and what you would like to be different. I will guide the conversation so you do not have to worry about having the right words or knowing where to start. You can expect a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, and by the end of the session you will have a clearer understanding of your goals and a sense of direction for what comes next.
