Suandria Houston is a secular, client-centered mental health counselor and life coach. She focuses on life transitions. She understands, firsthand, what it’s like to start over and partners with her clients as they experience their own life transitions and search for a renewed sense of purpose.

Suandria takes a integrative approach to therapy. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of her diverse clients. Using trauma informed care along side cognitive behavioral techniques, solution focused and narrative, she’s able to work collaboratively with clients to experience understanding and growth.
