Great to meet you!

Welcome! I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to unpack life’s challenges at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, or work-life stress, we’ll work together to build insight, balance, and resilience. ’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for deeper trauma healing. My integrative approach blends Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based perspectives to foster healing and growth. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with an M.Ed. in Community Counseling, B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston–Victoria, B.A. in Psychology & Political Science from the University of Lucknow, India.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion work, authenticity, and collaboration. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from Humanistic, Attachment-Based, CBT, Mindfulness, Strength-Based, and EMDR therapies. These approaches help connect past experiences to present challenges, develop coping skills, and support emotional balance. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space that nurtures awareness, resilience, and meaningful growth toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on your comfort and take time to get to know you in a safe, nonjudgmental space. You’re welcome to share what’s been going on and what you hope to gain from therapy, and if you’re unsure, that’s completely okay. I’ll meet you where you are as we begin exploring what’s been weighing on you and identify tools to help you feel supported, understood, and a bit lighter moving forward.
