Great to meet you!

I am an empathetic psychologist with diverse experience across clinical, educational, and home-based settings. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based interventions, and Play Therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Since joining AHRC/Brookville Center for Children’s Services in 2004 as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) consultant, I have provided direct care and parent training for school-aged individuals diagnosed with Autism.

I also worked as a consulting psychologist with the Fay J. Lindner Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities for three years, where I supported individuals and families navigating complex developmental and emotional challenges. Currently, I serve as a School Psychologist with the New York City Department of Education.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach to therapy that incorporates a variety of therapeutic principles, philosophies, and techniques from Behavior Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based and/or Play Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented effective treatments for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Phobias, Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Depression, Tourette Syndrome, and ADHD. My goal is to empower individuals and families with practical tools, compassionate support, and evidence-based interventions to foster meaningful growth and resilience.
