Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with relationships? Have a difficult time understanding your emotions? Struggle with the effects of trauma? Imagine if things were different. What if you could better understand yourself, have more supportive relationships, and experience less anxiety? What if you were able to have more joy in your life?

There is a way to make changes. You can learn how to respond to relationship problems in a different way. You can learn to navigate difficult emotions. And you can learn to spot the thoughts that keep you stuck in the same old patterns.

My approach to therapy

I use effective therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you step into personal growth.

I have been working with adults for over twenty-six years and offer a safe place to help you talk about the changes you want in your life, while actively working with you to help facilitate them.

My approach is gentle but active — we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I start with an introductory session where you will get a chance to tell your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and we will then set up a plan to help you reach your goals. I look forward to meeting you!
