Great to meet you!

You don’t have to stay stuck in the same patterns to feel better. I’m a compassionate, caring therapist who is also willing to challenge you when it can help you move forward. I’m easy to talk to and bring warmth, honesty, and genuine support to our work together. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, helping you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is focused on progress—not just talking for the sake of talking. We’ll identify your goals and regularly revisit them so our sessions stay purposeful and on track. I draw from EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based approaches to help you learn from the past, plan for the future, and stay grounded in the present.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to feel comfortable, tell me what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying what you want to change. We’ll talk about your history, current challenges, strengths, and goals while starting to build a plan for moving forward. You can expect a supportive conversation with direction—so you leave with a clearer sense of where we’re going and how we’ll get there.
