Great to meet you!

There is incredible power in being heard, undoing aloneness, and healing from strengths. I have experience working with clients with a range of concerns:

Trauma

Anxiety

Depression

Climate anxiety

Relationships

Life transitions

Job-related stress

Queer-affirmative therapy and LGBTQIA+ mental health

I believe that healing can begin right from the start of our relationship. I am honored to build a trusting, safe space to process emotions with you.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to support you in finding ways to feel better that ‘stick,' providing support and insights to help you clarify and take action on your path forward. Interested in exploring the emotional blocks and patterns that are preventing you from living your most true self? Ready to feel empowered as we create a safe, trusting space? As a psychotherapist, I have an eclectic, evidenced-based approach, honoring clients’ unique stories, needs, values and goals, informed by the approaches of Narrative Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

Being able to express and act on your own identities, decisions, needs and goals is profound both as individuals and as a collective in countering oppressions. My work is to help individuals thrive, to heal and be fulfilled in their lives.
