Great to meet you!

You can feel better and have the life you want! Experiences can cause pain and harm to our minds, bodies, and emotions, and it can feel devastating. You don’t have to be stuck in that place. I believe that the change that is desired comes from a shift in perception and beliefs of ourselves. I have found both personally and professionally that while talking about the past can be helpful for information, moving into a new space emotionally and mentally takes a mindset shift.

A bit about my approach to therapy

From a place of psychotherapeutic training, intuition, and relationship with you, I will guide you to meet your needs, heal your mind, reach your goals and pursue your dreams. I believe change happens within relationships. Together we will find your path that will take you to a way of life that offers freedom to explore all that you hope for.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope for you is to find your path to freeing your mind and body from existing in a space that may be harmful to you, both now and and in the future. Or, perhaps you just need some guidance, a plan, support around your dreams and what you want to pursue in your life? Dreams are important..,goals for reaching them are necessary steps! We can work together to find a new way for you to move forward and re- create the life you want to live!
