Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Woker with 18 years of experience, including 15 years in hospice care and bereavement. I specialize in grief and also bring extensive experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and authentic. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where people feel fully seen and supported.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic, biopsychosocial approach and am drawn to layered situations, working to help clients make sense of the bigger picture. Above all, I meet clients where they are, tailoring care to their unique needs and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are focused on building resilience, finding meaning, and moving toward healing. Clients can expect to leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, practical tools for coping, and a renewed sense of calm and self-compassion. My hope is that every person I work with feels more grounded, supported, and better equipped to face life's difficult moments.
