Great to meet you!
I have a passion for helping adults with ADHD understand how their neurodiverse brains work and translate that into self understanding and solutions for every day life.

I have a passion for helping adults with ADHD understand how their neurodiverse brains work and translate that into self understanding and solutions for every day life.
My approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in respect for each person's lived experience. I blend CBT, mindfulness informed strategies and my background in philosophy to help reduce self-criticism and strengthen emotional regulation. I use humor and insight in my sessions where sometimes we work on creating concrete tools and other weeks we explore the 'why'.My style is warm, direct and non-judgmental.
In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where we talk about what's been feeling hard and what they hope will get easier. I'll ask some practical questions to understand your history, daily challenges and goals, and together we'll decide where to focus first. By the end of the session, the clients will leave with a sense of direction and hope and encouragement about what to do and how to do it. They will know that I will support them in a nonjudgmental and compassionate way.
