As a therapist, I pride myself in working with individuals by empowering their autonomy, and collaborate in achieving their goals. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), with close to 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have experience working with clients who experience, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also speak Spanish (Hablo Espanol).
