I am a licensed professional counselor specialized in treating couples and individuals with anxiety and OCD. I possess a master's degree in clinical mental health from Adams State University and have completed advanced certification in pediatric ERP from The International OCD Foundation. I consult weekly with other therapists specializing in OCD and other co-occurring disorders.

My approach to therapy

I find I am a good fit for clients who tend to intellectualize or overthink their relationships and self.

What you can expect from me

I use ERP, CBT, and IBT for clients with anxiety and OCD. Each session generally ends with something to work on during the week.
